Initial Consultation

This is your most important step in making a decision to have surgery. Dr. Bolitho will meet with you to discuss your goals, desires and expectations. He will also address any questions or concerns you may have and offer you realistic recommendations and options based on the information you provide. The goal of this initial consultation is to provide you with a clear understanding of what can be achieved as a result of your procedure.

Fees and Insurance

In most cases, aesthetic surgery is considered elective and, hence, is usually not covered by medical insurance. Reconstructive surgery, however, may be covered in certain instances. You are fully responsible for any fees associated with aesthetic surgery.

When insurance covers your procedure, Dr. Bolitho's staff will obtain pre-authorizations prior to surgery. Should your procedure fall into that grey area between aesthetic and reconstructive, we will assist in settling the issue with your insurance company until a resolution is reached.
